What it does not do
- AI scenes can redraw your product. Check each draft against the real item, and reject any draft that changes it.
- It reads up to 6 products from your store, not your whole catalog. Amazon and Etsy listings are not read.
- It does not tag products in TikTok Shop or Instagram Shopping.
- It does not run ads, and it does not track sales from a post.
- Starter connects 1 social account. Growth connects 10.
Questions
Does it work without Shopify?
Yes. Paste any store website, and BlightBee reads the products it finds there, up to 6. The Shopify app is one more way in, not a must.
Will the video show my real product?
A slideshow starts from your product photo, but AI scenes can redraw it, so check each draft. To show only the real product, use Hook & Demo with your own clip, or swap any slide for your own photo in the editor. A swap costs no credits.
How many videos does a plan make?
Starter's 250 credits a month make 12 slideshows of 30 seconds, or 5 talking heads of 15 seconds. You see the cost of each video before you make it.
Can I use the videos as ads?
You can download each video as an MP4 from your Library and use it where you like. BlightBee does not buy ads. Do not show an AI presenter as a real customer or a review.
